"Support was fine, but I felt a bit rushed"
They did end up helping me, which I appreciated, but the replies took longer than I expected. I was already feeling kind of rushed, so the wait made it a little more frustrating than it needed to be.

"I ordered from Raptor last week..."
I ordered from Raptor last week, and while the product itself was totally fine when it arrived, the shipping cost really threw me off. At first, everything seemed reasonable while I was browsing, but by the time I got to checkout and saw the final total, it felt way too high for what I was buying. After waiting a few days for it to arrive, I was happy enough with the item, but the extra shipping charge made the whole order feel not really worth it. I probably won’t order again unless the shipping prices come down

"Packaging could’ve been better"
My order showed up on time, which was good because I was kind of in a rush to get it. But the packaging was just alright. The box was a little crushed on one side and there really wasn’t much padding inside. Luckily the item itself was fine, but I definitely expected it to be packed a bit more securely. Not a huge issue, just something that could be improved

"Pretty good support and quick replies"
well... I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to raptor-online.com just to see what was going on.
They replied faster than I thought they would, and the person helping me actually seemed to read what I wrote instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. It did take one extra message to fully get things sorted, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Overall, I’d say the customer service was good. Not completely perfect, but they were helpful and it felt like they genuinely tried to fix the issue.

"Not the best quality, plus annoying verification"
This looked cheaper in person than I expected. The stitching was messy, and the whole thing just doesn’t feel like it’s going to hold up for long. I was already disappointed, and having to go through repeated verification stuff just made the whole experience more annoying.

"Decent discounts, but definitely worth double-checking"
I tried using raptor-online.com because I was looking for a few deals, and overall it was fine. Like, it did save me a little money, so I can’t really complain too much, but some of the discounts looked better at first than they actually were once I clicked through and checked the details. A couple of promos had conditions or just weren’t as big of a deal as they seemed on the surface. I’d still use it again, but I wouldn’t just assume every offer is amazing. It’s more of a “check it, compare it, then decide” kind of site.

"Super easy size exchange"
I ended up ordering the wrong size and was expecting the exchange to be a bit of a hassle, but it was really easy. I contacted support, and they got back to me quickly with clear instructions on what to do next. I sent it back, and before I knew it, the new size showed up even sooner than I expected. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’m really happy with how it turned out.

I was relieved they had the part in stock. I remember walking in worried I’d have to hunt around all day, but I found what I needed quickly. It made the whole errand feel way less stressful.

I had a good browse on raptor-online.com and was surprised by how much stuff they had. It was easy enough to find a few things I liked, and the range felt better than some other sites I’ve used, though... A couple of items could’ve done with more details or extra size options, but overall it was a decent experience. I’d probably check it again next time.

"Pretty decent, considering they only messed up one thing"
I got my order from raptor-online.com and, to be fair, most of it was actually right. One small item was wrong, which was annoying, but not the end of the world. i was kind of impressed they got almost everything correct.

I ordered from raptor-online.com once, the prices seemed mostly fair to me. That said, a few things weren’t really much cheaper than what I’ve seen at other shops, unless I’m missing something. The shipping cost also kind of made the deal feel less worth it in my case. Overall, it was okay, but I’m not totally convinced it’s always the cheapest option
